  • Fresh tender coconut and banana smoothie
    This drink is a rich source of magnesium, potassium, minerals, fiber, and vitamins. Blend together 1.5 cups of tender coconut water, a cup of fresh coconut meat, 2 chopped bananas, 6 ice cubes and ¼ cup of almond milk till you get your desired smooth consistency.   • Homemade almond milk
    Take 100 gm of almonds, 6 cups of water (divided into 2 parts), ½ tsp vanilla extract, and stevia for taste and sugary flavor. Soak the almonds overnight in 3 cups of water. In the morning, rinse and drain the nuts. Add the remaining water to the almonds and put them in a juicer. Sieve it through a mesh, add stevia and vanilla extract and your healthy almond milk is ready.
